School can be complicated. But Advocate & Educate, LLC, has one purpose: to assist special needs children, ages 3 to 21, make forward progress on their educational journey. We are here to help parents ensure that their special needs child receives educational experiences which prepare him or her for further education, employment, and independent living, to the highest possible level. Specifically, we can help you throughout, from requests for assessment, deciding on an IDEA or a Section 504 plan, planning individual instruction based on the child’s need, monitoring progress toward goals, and course corrections. We offer experienced assistance with dispute resolution, if necessary. Advocate & Educate, LLC, works to protect and promote the educational rights of children, through principled means such as parental and child training, resource access, individual counseling, and as a last resort, in-person advocacy.
