Formed and Incorporated in the state of Arkansas in May of 2017, the G.E.A.R.S. Foundation, Inc. set out to provide additional monetary scholarships and resources to youth males graduating high school while preparing them for college or careers. We envision that every high school graduate, that completes the leadership development league program, will give back to the community with the skills and education they acquired to build more successful youth.
